Second confession// I would consider myself a pretty healthy person. At the start of the new year I set some health and fitness goals but I can’t seem to stick to them. I’ll be really awesome for a week or two but then loose motivation for a few weeks. So, I decided if I’m accountable to letting you guys know about it then I will be so much better! So I will now be adding health and fitness updates to the blog.
My goal is CONSISTENCY!
I’m doing no sweets for a whole month! Two summers ago I basically went all summer without sweets and I never felt better! This of course is in addition to healthy eating, portion control and working out.
