Revolt// Week 2
I didn’t loose any weight this last week but I gained muscle and I feel great. Plus my clothes fit better (and that’s the real indicator right??)
I’ve had a lot of questions about the recipes, the workouts and all other aspects of the Revolt Program.
1. The meals, portions and recipes are awesome! But I’m not allowed to give those to you. You’ll have to sign up for the program to get all the goods.
2. The workouts are the same way! They’re probably my favorite part because I’m always sore the next day which makes me confident that I am doing something right and that I’m toning my body day by day.
3. This program has a great community of people. There is an exclusive Facebook group that you can become a part of once you join and it has been great for asking questions and seeing other people’s results who are farther along in the program.
To get those 3 things you pay $10 a month, $27 for 3 months or $50 for a lifetime membership. I think it’s totally worth it. In only 2 weeks I am more confident, happier, healthy, fitter and I dropped a few pounds too

I thought the second week was a lot harder as well! But I'm happy I'm sticking to the workouts and I can definitely tell I've gotten a lot stronger!
I think it's great let you let yourself cheat once in awhile. Rearranging our lives just to plan around new eating habits is not fun. Props to you for making it work!
The 2nd week for me was challenging as well. I think the first week was a big shock to my body and now it's like challenge me some more!
I'm thinking about trying this for a month, but I have a really hard time sticking to eating good like that! 🙂 And I think your clothes fitting better is all that matters! Do you measure inches with the program or just weight in?Amberlyhttp://amberlyandjoe.blogspot.com
