I cannot believe that we’re starting our 10th week of revolt!
It has been really good! It’s also been hard at times. The number one reason I’ve been able to push through those hard moments and stick to the program is my hubby. I know I could have done this by myself, but I know it would have been a whole lot harder!!!
My simple advice for any get fit program or goals– find a partner.
Even if it is just someone who knows your goals or someone that you’re responsible to, it helps so much!
Some days I want to cheat and grab an ice cream cone or some french fries. But then I think about Scott and how he’s going through the same stuff and if he’s sticking to it, so I can. Basically, we help each other out. When I don’t feel like working out, he pumps me up to do it. When he wants to grab a Little Cesar’s pizza instead of sticking to the diet I say nah.
I’m SO grateful my husband is awesome! Not only was he willing to do revolt with me, he is committed!
I can’t wait any longer (and scott gave me the go ahead) so here are our revolt results so far!
We’re happy with our results so far and excited to see where clean eating and hard workouts will take us!
