Cauliflower Pizza??
I remember the first time I saw a Cauliflower Pizza Crust recipe on Pinterest . I honestly thought, “that sounds gross”. Since then, I’ve really opened up to trying more healthy options when it comes to food (even if they sound weird). I was still slightly nervous to try the cauliflower crust out, but I’m happy to say it was delicious!! This is just a basic recipe, you could add so many different toppings. Options are endless 🙂
Ingredients:Â
+Nonstick spray
+2 1/2 cups grated cauliflower
+1 large egg
+1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheeseÂ
+2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
+salt and pepper
+1/4 cup tomato sauceÂ
+1 C grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
+2 minced garlic cloves
+ Basil leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Grate the cauliflower  into small crumbles and then microwave them for 7-8 minutes so they are soft. (let it cool a little before moving on)
- Add the egg, 1 C mozzarella, 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the mixture and pat it (I used a spoon) into a round.Â
- Bake at 425ºF for 10-15 minutes (the edges will be golden brown)
- Top the pizza with tomato sauce (I mixed the garlic with the sauce), remaining mozzarella and grape tomatoes. Bake it for 10 more minutes and then top with basil.
- Enjoy!!
Your pizza turned out a bit better than ours when we tried….but, it was still super yummy! Honestly, it tasted a bit more like lasagna than pizza, but hey–that's probably been one of my favorite \”Revolt meals\”!
That looks delicious!
I made a cauliflower crust pizza the other night and loved it too!!! Such a great way to get rid of extra cauliflower, just wish my husband was adventurous enough to actually try the pizza. Did you husband eat it?Have a great week.Love Gixx
We are having pizza tonight but it isn't as healthy as this one. This looks good! I've never heard of this before.AmyFashion and Beauty Finds

This is brilliant! I have to eat gluten free because of an intolerance, so I am always looking for recipes like this! I have used spinach as a crust in the past, but this one looks closer to the real thing! Thanks for sharing!sweeterthanserenity.blogspot.com

I don't like cauliflower but love pizza. I am always looking for healthy ways I can still have pizza. How much like cauliflower does this taste??
I don't like cauliflower either! You can't taste it at all in my opinion.
I HATE cauliflower. The smell and the taste are so gross to me, but I wanted to try this because my best friend said that you can't taste it in this recipe.. I SWEAR to you, that it is absolutely delicious! I would choose this over ordering a pizza out…and I can eat a lot more and not feel guilty about it! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!
