Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cakies
As soon as the weather starts to cool down, I can’t wait to make pumpkin flavored everything!
This is one of my favorite recipes of all time. It’s SO easy and SO yummy.
Scott has named these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cakies because they’re a cross between a cookie and cake.
Ready for the easier recipe ever?
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cakies
Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix (any brand works)
1 15oz can pumpkin puree
1 bag chocolate chips (ghirardelli milk chocolate is my fav!)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix spice cake mix and pumpkin together till smooth
3. Mix in 2/3’s of chocolate chips (the whole bag was a little too much chocolate)
4. Place dough in 2inch blobs on cooking sprayed baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes
Another plus to this simple recipe- for a dessert, these are pretty low calorie. No oil, no butter!
I don’t think I’d call them healthy, but I wouldn’t call them toxic like many other deadly desserts 🙂
Ah, I just LOVE fall!! Enjoy!!
Happy Monday!

What size is the bag of chips? We normally get the largest size available, but I know the bag pictured is smaller
