Give Thanks- a Thanksgiving craft
My crafting bug continues!Â
After Halloween, I felt like I had to take down the BOO sign. Which left a blank white empty space.
Excuse for another craft?? I think so 🙂
Materials:
 Canvas
Black PaintÂ
(any will do, chalkboard was just what I had)
 White Paint Pen
Saw-tooth hanger
 and some kind of RibbonÂ
(I used tulle, but I really wanted to use burlap)
I looped the tulle and tied it in a knot. Then I hammered in the sawtooth hanger with the knot below it.
I added the bow after the fact with some extra tulle because bows make everything better…
I loved painting this! It reminded me of my high school days of art class.
Happy Month of Thanksgiving!
P.S. If I started an etsy shop, do you think anybody would buy something like this??Â
Hubby is trying to convince me to start one.Â
yes you should start an etsy shop! i mean, what do you have to loose? I'm sure people would buy this! way cute 🙂
An etsy shop would be awesome! Your crafts are adorable!
I think an Etsy shop is a great idea! For people like me, who lack the crafty gene, we'd love to have things like this in our homes. Great job!
Elise that is SOOOO CUTE!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Did you sketch out the lettering with pencil first, or totally free hand it!?
Elise, I love this! I have no idea how you can write that well with a paint pen- it looks beautiful!! I would totally buy one of these if you opened up a shop! xo Jessica http://www.afternoonstyle.com

It's freehanded:)
