My cute, funny, practically perfect hubby has his Birthday on January 2nd. Since it is at the end of the holiday season it could easily get brushed aside, so I always try to make a big deal of it. Whose kidding, I would make a big deal of it regardless of the date. I LOVE celebrating! I got that from my awesome mommy.
Anyway, I had grand schemes for this years celebrations, but then Scott had to work on his birthday (boo) and so it was low key. I got all dressed up and once Scott got home we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. That place. It is too good. Then we came home, opened presents, ate dessert, watched football and prepared for our early morning departure for a day on the slopes.
Even at the end of the day, in his PJ’s, with messy hair, I think he is the cutest thing ever.
Saturday we spent the whole day on the mountain with Scott’s brother. It was a chilly, snowy and absolutely fantastic day!
SO COLD.
Now to never ending thesis work….. 🙁
